Galway Races take place every August and every year draw an enormous crowd, both of race-fans
and people who just go along for the pure fun of the week. Generally regarded as Ireland's most
enjoyable and punter-friendly racing festival, combining top-class horse racing with Galway's
ability to cater for all visitors, the races take place at Galway Racecourse, Ballybrit, with buses
from the city centre all day. |
